Which documents are needed to pick up the rented car?

The Voucher or e-Voucher, valid driver’s driving license, a valid ID (passport or ID card) & a valid debit and/or credit card. Please notice for the security deposit only Credit Card is accepted issued in the name of the main driver.

What is included in the rental charges?

What happens if I return the car earlier/later?

In case you return the car earlier than the specified drop-off date and time, please note that there will be no refund.

In case you return the car later than the specified drop-off time and date, please note that there will be a grace period of 30 minutes. In case you do not return the car within this period, you will be charged a full day of rental, at the current rate.

How can I change or cancel my reservation? Is there a charge?

You can change or cancel your reservation by using the “Cancel/Change reservation”
field of the reservation box, in the homepage. Please notice that changes in your reservation shall mean a new calculation of your rental rate, depending on car availability and the actual rates at that time.

Are there any restrictions on mileage when using a rental car?

No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees.
