Which documents are needed to pick up the rented car?

The Voucher or e-Voucher, valid driver’s driving license, a valid ID (passport or ID card).

Do I have to leave a security deposit?

NO you don’t have to leave any security deposit to rent a car.

Will I get the exact make or model which I have booked?

Zante Rent a Car can only guarantee a certain car category and not a specific make or model. We feature cars from many different manufacturers in the same category which should have the same features as confirmed at time of reservation.

What is included in the rental price?

Local Taxes, Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.), Third Party Insurance (T.P.I.), Theft Insurance, 24/7 Helpline & Road assistance, Unlimited mileage.

What happens if I return the car earlier/later?

In case you return the car earlier than the specified drop-off date and time, please note that there will be no refund.

In case you return the car later than the specified drop-off time and date, please note that there will be a grace period of 30 minutes. In case you do not return the car within this period, you will be charged a full day of rental, at the current rate.

How can I change or cancel my reservation? Is there a charge?

You can change or cancel your reservation by using the “Cancel/Change reservation” field in the reservation box. Please notice that changes in your reservation shall mean a new calculation of your rental rate, depending on car availability and the actual rates at that time.

Are there any restrictions on mileage when using a rental car?

No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees.

I had booked through a 3rd party but Paolo at the desk had my paperwork and car ready and the process was very efficient with no unnecessary paperwork.
